I just got an email from one of our paysite customers - Check it out:

Hi,

Almost a year ago I subscribed for a trial membership $5.95, and decided I
di not want it. I falsely told you that the site wasn't working properly and
was credited back my money. I am very sorry and would like to send a check
for the $5.95. WHere can I send that to?
