I am up to 2 packs a day now, shit man its bad habit , i tried quiting but it feels like i got a devil on my shoulder saying" smoke its gooooooooooooooooooood "

I used to sit here and chain smoke while on my pc all day and all night long.

Now I make myself go downstairs/outside when I want a smoke. My room looks and smells 100 times cleaner and I've cut down from nearly 3 packs a day to less than one

I gotta pack up before I hit 30 tho, jeez.....

i was on a plane one time and this guy in front of me was telling the person beside him how he quit smoking. he had a few drinks and was talking pretty loud.

everytime he went to light up he would imagine that the cigarette was a penis.

not wanting to put a penis in his mouth, the urge to smoke was no longer there.
