an astute observation.

i've seen his content. it is high quality, and i'm sure it pulls traffic and probably converts OK.

Dude, places like Pattaya in thailand are one of the worst places in the world to have unprotected sex. I think that only a few places in Africa are even more worse. Fucking hookers in these city's without a condom simply is suicide. To make things even worse, these girls, if you give em a few 100 baht extra you can fuck them without a rubber. Most of them think aids is a place in Europe. The reason girls do use a rubber is not to get pregnant.

You are right ... but the public opinion is that 40 or 50% of girls are infected ... that is simply not the case. On one side it is very difficult to catch HIV on the other side even the use of condom is not a guarantee you will not catch it. The virus is small enough to go right thru the rubber!!!

aids and hiv+ are two different things.

the girls can work for years being hiv+ and spreading the disease. true female to male transmission rates are low, with ordinary vaginal and oral sex with a thai prostitute even if she IS hiv+ somewhat low risk.

until she has a bleeding ulcer in her vagina, or bleeding gums and scrapes your cock with her teeth, etc.
