if I really need to wake up I found this shit called "rocket fuel" coffee, it tastes like shit really its got guarana in it does the job but you will come back down after an hour or so

Most guys here will kill themselves with Coke, Redbull & other trash.

Just sleep at least 6 hours a day (25% of your day).

Drink FRESH juice in the morning when you wake up.

I mean FRESH oranges, grapefruits and lemons.

All you need when you wake up is liquid, minerals and Vit. C

All things you lost during sleep.

Uhm, I'm not sure if you drink green tea yourself but you are right, it is the safest option. It almost doesn't contain any caffeine though. It has even less caffeine than normal tea. So don't expect an energy boost.

I think it's very tasty though, I wake up with two cups of green tea and it's very nice. But caffeine boost? No sorry.
