should sponsors pay webmasters for money off popups?
I think it's unfair that I don't get paid if I send a visitor to a sponsor and the visitor closes the hahahahahaha and procedes to signing up to a popup that the sponsor put there.
I know some programs are paying webmasters for those signups. thumbs-up to them.

Webmasters want everything..
Get paid $30+ on signups and joins from exits.. Yeah, right. Most recurring programs pay on joins produced from the exits if you want to go that direction.

If I'm only getting $30 per signup, I want credit on the exits. $35+ and I'd be willing to let the sponsor keep the exits.
