I think the shoe deal is a waste. I also said the same thing about Lebron, but Lebron is the real fucking deal. I think Telfair has a future, thats for sure, I just don't think he was the right pickup for Portland. I favor college players, I'd rather have a Jameer than a Telfair. The difference between HS play and NBA play is HUGE, so who knows how he will fare...

But i think the head office realized he may not be around anymore so we pulled the trigger early to get em.

Maurice Cheeks really likes em. He was the only player to be invited back to workouts more than once here in Portland.. We all knew something was up..

The workout facility is right down the street from me.

Exactly. Okafor also has alot of room to improve, so he's gonna be scary in a couple of years. IMO, Dwight Howard is a dumb pick for Orlando... The Magic need help NOW, they can't afford to wait 3-4 years for him to develop into a stud.
