Use a bank owned ATM. The corner store ATMs will give a lower
amount. If you've got your paypal card with you, use the "Lazer" branded corner store ATMs. They never seem to get the service charge bit correct and it won't be deducted.

much better rates the last couple days....
 at people who told me it was stupid to hang onto money in a US account until it got better, 1.15-1.21 in the last week at my bank |
