You are correct that we used Ibill as our Primary. We used CCbill as our Secondary processor. We switched that order when Ibill began to have their problems. We emailed our affiliates to inform them. Some of our affiliates emails bounced of course, but most got the message and were relieved. We would have nothing to gain by not informing our affiliates of the change to CCbill, and everything to gain by assuring you that we had a solid processor in place. I hope you will see that we promote that CCbill is our Primary processor, and not hold Ibill's problems against us. If we did not inform you of the switch it was definitely not intentional.

Why would checks from CCbill not work? I am sure there are reasons since others ask for this option on this board quite often.

Yes CCbill has done that for many of our affiliates. Shoot me an email at webmaster at photoclubs.com and I can tell you how it's done.
