Back in the old days tobacco companies said "smoking is good for digestion". What they were saying in a nice way is "this stuff will make you shit".

It's true.

People take exlax and wait all day for something to happen but all they need is a three min smoke(add a cup of coffee for hyper-shit) and their colon will be cleansed in the nearest recepticle.

If it wasn't for smoking I would be carrying that 5 lb load I just squat for 3 days and feeling bloated with it poisoning me with toxins.

If smoking ever fails then a nice cold 40 of malt liquor will have you cleaned out the next morning.

I look young for my age because taking big shits keeps you looking healthy.

I see a lot of young people who look like their shit has backed up into the white of their eyes so I'm know I'm right.
