Firefox just broke. HELP

I try to open it and it keeps bringing up this "choose user profile" window. WTF.

firefox is still running (in background or sth), press ctrl+alt+del, find the process "firefox.exe", select it and press "end process" at the bottom of the window.

Then start firefox again and it should work
