Questions about trademarks
If you a have domain with a good wording should I register "goodname" or "goodname.com" ?
What is the best place(and cheap) to register a trademark that covers the countires in the Mardrid protocol? What are the advantages of registering a trademark worldwide versus the country you do business and reside in? And what classes would a domain fit in? |

If your serious you need to go to a major law firm in your country with and intellectual property division and hire them to submit your trademark to the appropriate international government bodies.
