Are them non nude teen sites legal? Not just because the girls are under 18, but also because I dont thing any of these girls gave permission to use these pictures on the websites. These sites all look like highschool yearbook photos. Couldnt these sites get in trouble for posting pics with out the girls consent?

EHg, just another webmaster that hasn't clued in to the fact that accepting pic submissions from people that don't hold a license for the pics is NOT okay. Note the typical "public domain" disclaimer on the pic pages.

He'll eventually piss someone off enough that the site will be shut down. You can't leave it up to the submitters to keep your site legal, it isn't their job to do that. It's the job of the webmaster, period. Accepting submissions from the general public is and should be a thing of the past. In an ideal world the concept is fun and entertaining, but there are just too many cement-heads out there that subit pics they have no business submitting.

as of current, I think they are legal (in terms of the CP thing), however that depends HEAVILY on how they sell memberships, etc. many of those under 18 sites rely on the fact that they're "art" and I have a feeling with as much as they're coming unders scrutiny they'll be jailed within a couple years.

Other sites ... like crushphoto.com ... I don't even know how they get away with it .... because that is clearly a porno paysite.

either way, I wouldn't promote shit like that because they're shady as hell

technically, they're legal since the girls are clothed (even if barely). My problem with them is how they are promoted....they are promoted as jerk off material and some even have ads for legit porn sites...

the copyright thing gets fuzzy as a lot of the pics are from webcam sites and private webcam chats and I'm sure most of the girls aren't aware of where these images are ending up.

We were looking into a non-nude teen site at one time, due to the money to be made, but on advice of counsel (and the fact I have a duaghter of my own) we decided it just wasn't worth it...my thing inn this business is I'll do anything legal to make money as long as I can comfortably sleep at night...with an NN site, I couldn't do that, so in that instance decided the money just wasn't worh it (to me)

I forget the site, but there was one sponsor selling truly underage girls - non-nude, but almost nude, and looking seductive. I think this is getting common, but this site in particular, I know for a fact, is making a lot of money. I don't care if they're nude or not... they're still little girls, and old pervs are whacking off while looking at them.

It may be a good way to make a profit, but I think it's wrong and refuse to do it. There have been so many discussions about the American Porn documentary, and porn prosecutions, and public perception of our industry. Don't you think this underage non-nude girl trend will hurt our profits in the long run more than help us in the short term? It definitely doesn't help our cause... it doesn't help society accept our industry, and it sure as hell isn't curbing our government's urge to put pornographers behind bars.

I promote crush photo and we get away with it because its legal.

I just took a look at crushphotos it is a non nude site but the front page clearly states all models are 18 and over and verified by ID

Well, what is sad is that I can move to Russa, for example, and open a paysite with 4 year old kids being fucked by horses, and noone can do shit about it. That's what's upsetting.

They need to create some kind of international law.

If that's true, then I'm a bit out of the loop on how some of this works. For starters, who do these fuckers find to process for them? I'm also surprised that, once reported, why would visa/MC allow such transactions to go through? And, who in their right mind would want to move to Russia?

yeah, that peachez site is about as on the border as it can get. Alot of girl/girl action non nude but kissing in bikinis and underwear, spanking, pillow fighting, etc.. They vehemently deny any pornography on the site and do a good job of keeping it right true to that degree. Alot of these non-nude teen sites show everything except full nudity and penetration. However, we all know that the thousands of members that they lure in are not there to see the "models" dressed in the latest winter fashion. They give them plenty of panty, bikini, pigtailed, catholic skirt, full body erotic poses to keep everyone satisfied.

I have often wondered how profitable a true teen site with no nudity would be but I just do not think I could do it. Not because of the moral aspect of it (fuck morals) but because of the fear of the door being busted in by the "moral police". These webmasters got some big kahunas or they are just plain stupid, IMHO.

Crushphoto "girls" are all adult women over 18. They did the website production for a 15yo that had a site last year but iBull pulled the plug on the processing after too many hootnad shots.

One thing you have to realize is that a lot of these webmasters are under 18 themselves. Most of them are between 15 to 19 I believe.. They don't think of the legal aspect of it usually.. they just like looking at the pics of girls their own age and eventually decide to make their own site

Speaking of enterprising young people.... I know a 16 year old who made an adult site at 15, and is still cashing a check every month (well, his mom cashes it for him). I try to discourage him, but once the flow starts coming in, it's hard to stop. Hell, his mother would have killed him if she'd found out before he started bringing in a profit, but now she's all for it. I just hope his dad doesn't find out.

Anyway, the point is this: young people truly are that enterprise-minded - at least, they can be.
