Guy makes her a star, secures her a good income and when it's time for him to make a business decision, he makes it and the little bitch complains. This is a fucking business, not farting in the water. Business decisions need to be made and sometimes they require to say - "You're fucking fired". We don't know the real reason why, but it is possible that she was simply not making enough to justify her anymore. Phil came with a "family excuse" to be decent with the girl, he offered her 10 weeks of pay and stupid slut still complains.

Even if that is the case, I'm still surprised he hasn't hired someone to manage his program. He's got to have one of the biggest NN programs out there. If I had a family and was working that much each day and making as much money as I'm sure he is, I'd definitely have someone taking over some of the responsibilities.
