Other then wildwebsites.com are there any other hosts that provide rate controlled plans so that you don't get billed for bandwidth over useage.

You wont get far with this plan, unless your site has 5k traffic a day.

Just go with any host that charges like $1 a gig overusage...why limit yourself?
