The terms discriminatory, prejudiced, and bigoted in and of themselves do not specifically connotate a "racist" definition. However, the same can not be said for the use of these terms when used in conjunction with the word "racist" since a "racist" is defined by all three.

or

That discriminatory, prejudiced or bigoted behavior in and off itself is not necesarily always "racist" behavior.

what Im saying is racist doesnt mean mean bigoted, discriminating or prejudiced. It means racist

a racist can be any combination of those things but just because you are prejudiced soesn't make you a racist and even more importantly just because you discriminate that doesnt make you racist either.
