you have to get good backlinks from PR3 site to get PR1, or certain numbers of pr1 pr2 backlinks to get pr1, somewhere on net is written those numbers.

is this a serious thread?? if it is then that is pricey for 200 backlinks for 1 year. i can generate 200 backlinks from pr2+ in one day. all will be unique IP's and separate class Cs. if anyone wants me to do this for them pay me $1,000 dollars - thats only half the price of the poster.
