bumping again, i left an email for chris with no reply

i've been waiting over a week to have my offline TRM servers shipped back to me and NO one has told me anything about what the hold up is?

is there an outstanding invoice? if so GIVE IT TO ME SO I CAN PAY IT

i dont know what the hold up is, no one is giving me any information... i called the office and was hung up on by your phone system... "call completed" *click*

sent emails (5 total) regarding the shipment of these servers... no one has emailed me back ONCE

6/30 (TheRealMe servers @ Split Infinity)
6/30 (address / shipping info)
6/30 (address / shipping info) - sent again because of jonathans email timing out
7/2 (shipping address for 2 servers) - sent yet again with everyone cc'd
7/3 (following up on server shipment)
7/7 (2 1u servers)

wtf am i supposed to do, splitninja on aim is just telling me to call the office, send emails... this is getting no where

chris jester, please let me know what the hold up is with those servers... if there is an invoice or anything physically wrong with them or something else you require... all you need to do is let me know so i can get it taken care of

Chris used to be awesome. He was one of my first hosts. These past few years he's fallen hard. Shitty service and nowhere to be found. It's a shame. I really like Chris but this is unacceptable and I had the same problem about 2 years ago with split when I bought some sites hosted on them.

The problem you are having is multi-level.


#1. You are not our customer.
#2. The "equipment" you want returned is not under your name OR Trey's name.
#3. Your servers are stuck in legal limbo due to the fact that there are some financial
issues with the current "owners" of the account (not going to mention who owns it, you know).
#4. I respect that you have been trying to call us about it, but the fact of the matter is, Trey and you both have ZERO say so on this as this equipment is not in either of your names.
#5. I sent you three emails regarding this, Bro.

To resolve it,

Have the new owners send us a written email allowing us to release the equipment to you. And we will do that, AFTER they pay their bill.

Now do you get it?

And Shap, just so you know... were just not focusing on the adult industry like we used to. We have not "fallen hard" we have actually grown several times greater than ever and we built our own datacenters and etc..... mainstream people pay their bills on time. Growing weary of the bullshit in the adult industry. Just like this thread, totally unfounded. We actually cannot talk to Tical about the issue because the account is not his to discuss, and its also not Treys to discuss.

Shap, you were one of my favorite customers back in the days. I hope you are doing as well as it looks like you are doing. Good stuff. And we, as a company have not fallen anywhere, were just abandoning the idea of persuing adult further due to the instability of the customer base ( you have no idea how many adult companies dont pay their bills on time etc.... it just hurt us too much in the past to make it viable to promote today )

I like adult, but will only deal with the solid stable companies who have no drama.

Dude, seriously, I hate this.... I do not want your servers to get wrapped up in another companies problems, so to show you some good will, I have instructed my staff to ship your servers to you, at your expense of course. Please provide them a DHL or Fedex or whatever account to ship them on.

Your servers are sorta in this political spot and its not fair to you so it is what it is and im going to release them to you.

I want you to know though that im also no charging you for the time your servers were online past the termination of the account they were billed under.

Your servers were online for a while after the customer who hosted them for you was terminated, and im letting that go as well.

I wish you the best.
And please know that, I hate this shit.

It's ok Shap. I loved hanging with you as well.

I have alot of very good adult customers here and we love them, but we just stopped
heavily promoting in the adult sector due to all the bad debt adult customers had with us.
It has been common for adult companies to run 60 to 90 days behind in their aging reports
and we just got tired of chasing them down each month.

Now that we own our datacenter, were heavy into colo, adult is fine too.... but we just
tend to get alot of mainstream and other sectors..... You would be amazed if I showed you the list of names of people who ripped us off in the adult sector with their hosting payments and etc.... water under the bridge to us and no point in releasing that info, but im sure you get the point. :-)

Disclaimer: I am in no way saying I do not want adult companies as customers, I am only stating that I dont wanna spend money promoting to adult industries any longer.
We do get adult customers by osmosis and word of mouth and we happily accept them.
Just avoiding the drama of boards and such as much as possible. :-)

And Daruma, you are full of shit. In the past, we RENTED servers to people so there was
no equipment to send "out the door" you spaz. We pretty much never shipped anything
anywhere back in the days because we owned it all.

We got the award even though we were in debt to them and that shows just how solid
and reputable Xbiz is. They took the votes and counted them and even though we owed
them money at the time, STILL awarded us. I'm sure they were not happy about it, but
to be straight and right, they took the votes made and awarded us.

Now the past is the past and its been many years since that happened, but you, today
are like and old fucking bitchy wife holding onto some bullshit story and keep bringing
it up, so I had to serve you the truth no matter how embarrassing it is to me that I owed them money in the past.

Thats the best that you can do? sounds like you have an anger management problem - the facts are you guys completely destroyed servers that where sent to another host and even left foot-prints that where included on the top of 2 of the boxes - I'm sure courtesy of your techs..

I personally hosted a small site with Split for more than a year. It was on a shared box, and when I sent a mail or an ICQ, I was treated like royalty.

Many times I spoke with Cris himself on the phone. After I was helped, they would then ask me to put in the help desk ticket, so they could track the time spent. Top notch service, from great guys, And I have NEVER met a single one of them in person. So I not talking good about an old friend, but they always treated me that way.

Your very incorrect - I DID host with you guys with a partner on a particular venture - you guys let me / us down and you damaged NEW equipment which we purchased. The past is done and we already went through the ringer with you guys I'm not prepared nor will I ever give you guys a 2nd shot..

I bash because you guys consistently lied to us and treated our equipment like shit..
