They are people, some may say with multiple nicks whos sole purpose in life is to try to win sponsor cash by playing in gfy contests where they can bump their way to tens of dollars.
Now before any try to justify themselves and say they are legit webmasters and play in these during their spare time. Go look in a cash contest and then go look in a contest that has a design prize or something usefull to a webmaster.
