Just a word of advice in case that affects you. Dow Jones may be somehow balanced due to Hang Seng and Shanghai falls, but expect around -1.5% today. European markets will be badly hurt and depending on the results (esp if FTSE and DAX falls below the -3% mark), US stocks will take the hit. Let's see if the crystal ball works

it would be a better day for the stock market if Obama would stop talking down the economy while promoting the idea of tripling the national debt in less than a decade, raising taxes and sending the Dollar (i.e. trillions of dollars in foreign investment in the dollar) into an unimaginable death spiral of inflation.

you need to read up on how banks are nationalized (as US law provides). when/if that happens... you lose your investment.
