anyway to grab flashvars?
I dont have the source, so dont know if this is possible, I want to see which flashvars are available in a .swf, Dont think its possible, but thought I would ask here.

Yeah, unless you see the source, or you see the fla file. There's no clue what they are asking for. Maybe some flash reverse engineering though.

Can you programatically set the variables on a flash file from the browser? I thought I read that by default you can not. Anybody know?
