Should this Doctor be penalized?
Hidden video sex scandal is in talk of the town in philippines today. A celebrity doctor video taped his sex scenes without the knowledge of his partners. Some are celebrities.

The victim and other women group is asking for his license of being a doctor be removed for doing such behavior which violates the right to privacy and bad reputation to the medical association
