If I have US Based WebCam Girls Best Place To Send Them?

For one they would be amateurs, for 2nd should i set up a studio or just go off refferals?? And if I need to do a studio do they have to work here in my apartment I have space, but only 1 serious cam for video and it does webcams and i have lights I could only do about 2 girls at a time in the other room on simpler webcams if being a studio means i need them here. I can find reliable girls US based in Philly so not dumb asian or east euro trash that cant do anything but say bb to a client theese ho's can hustle and i think i can make some good $$ but i am basically new again to cams.

i had #1 for free sex chat in yahoo out of 160 million for 2 years, but didnt even push cams that much, but with tubes etc i am thinking cams are more the future and i have tested some as a surfer and they are very addictive and should make cash.

But I want to have girls on there as well as do affiliate work since i can get models of all types, mostly amateur fetish not porn star types, but as an affiliate amateurs and at home girls types have always sold best anyway not airbrushed big tit striper types.

Any advice?? This is probably not the board to ask i will just get i am in my parents basement and i am an asshole cunt shit posts but maybe one good post will come about esspecially from the cam girls so have at it

and to the cunts ready to bash LOL

Wow that was a big long rambling....however, I do have some suggestions. Take them however you like.
You can have a cam studio without having the girls work out of your home. They can work from their own homes- basically like working remotely. You take a small % for the administration of the studio. OR you can have them work from your home.
Logitech makes very good, inexpensive webcams. You dont HAVE to use a video cam to give good quality cam shows anymore.
I recommend streamate SO highly. They have both an awesome affiliate program and some great staff to help you set up a studio. They also have fantastic traffic for their cam models and PAYING traffic- not just a buncha freeloaders hanging out in the free chat area. Your models will appreciate that. Being bored waiting for shows is no fun, and the girls will burn out if they dont stay busy and make lots of money!
Other good options are CamZ and imLive. Both have good traffic, and good aff programs as well.

Hey! Great info i am half drunk was just chilling and thinking, anyway i have tested as a surfer all the cams and streamate is best by far but as an affiliate they suck i had to get their icq from others and they dont asnwer, so how do i set up a studio with them, second i will go awe it seems.

Do you recomend a studio or just referals i told the one cam girl about logitech they make killer cams for 100 bux or less, they won't have to work here since they are US based and do have hispeed connects and i will just teach them how to do it etc and keep and eye on schedules. Or do you recomend i take on like 2 or 4 girls and have 2 at a time work here under a watchful eye doing biz not having fun?

Most of the girls being US based and able to hustle on their own should work fine and even better on their own i think.

Let me know a streamate contact for studio if you can thanx

ps what logitech webcam do u recomend if not a real cam??

In my experience, running a "virtual" studio is really not worth the time or effort. Most US webcam models who sign up will flake out before they even go to work. The vast majority of US, Canadian and UK models I've had chatrooms created for, have not spent even 5 minutes in them. I've worked exclusively with solo girls and on average only about 1 out of 8 will do the work to earn revenue. A high number of other girls that go past just signing up will stop working shortly after they start... a week or two and then they quit. So, finding a girl who sticks with it and is a consistent earner is quite rare. Turn-over for cam models is extremely high.

Based on my experience, I really can't imagine a "physical" studio in the US being successful. Afterall, if a girl doesn't have the drive or ambition to work from the convenience of her own home or space, it's doubtful she'll go through the trouble and time of traveling to another location to work. The one exception I see to this would be a girl who really wants to do the work, but who does not have the required equipment (hi-speed, webcam, mic) which you would supply. Here again, in the US that's a somewhat rare situation.

Studios set-up in Eastern Europe, South America and places like the Phillipines would have a better chance in succeeding because the average girl in those countries is less likely to own the required equipment. In fact, it seems some studios in those countries provide room and board for their models in addition to providing the required equipment.

If you do decide to run a "virtual" studio where your models work from their homes, I would agree that Streamate is a good company to work with on that basis... so are Video Secrets, Dating Gold, Cam Dough and Cams.com. I can not recommend Webcams.com. I set-up my first studio with them and they helped put that studio under by not paying on a reliable basis. I had to wait 6 weeks for our second paychecks and by that time all my models had quit. Understandably, many of them were quite upset and felt ripped-off about not seeing reliable payouts.

I haven't come across any worthwhile performer or model referral programs that are 100% reliable and trustworthy and that includes AWE. I'm regularly discovering that models I've referred to them are NOT being credited to my account. Camz or PrivateCamz also have formal, established referral programs. They pay 5% of what the model earns. But, I can't say anything about their credibility as I have not worked with them.

Also, if you do go the virtual studio route, the 5% cut is probably the most you'll be able to earn while staying competitive with what cam models can earn through most direct sign-up cam networks. In this situation, what a model can bank is probably in the 30% to 40% range. So, if a model is netting too much less than 30% of gross sales with you... you will not be competitive. Additionally, IMHO, if you're going to regularly take 5%... or whatever... of a model's earnings, you should have a plan to help promote or market them to justify your earnings beyond just recruiting and/or signing them up.

It is hard , but not impossible to make an succesfull bussines from this shit. The more advantage are from the shithole countries than US imho.

Camz is in the US also.

As for the logitech cams, lots of girls I know (including those who work for me) use either the Logitech Orbit, or QuickCam 9000.

I agree with those above who said the referral programs for most cam sites SUCK.
webcams.com is really bad about paying on time- whether to studios or individual models. And its been happening that way for a long time.
Camz, Streamate and ImLive are always prompt with their payments to both affiliates AND models/studios- thats why I recommended them.
Personally, I dont have a problem with flakey cam models. The ones I have in my studio have been reliable and call me if theres any problems. But I wouldnt suggest trying to have like 10+ models working virtually for you. You may be better off starting with them working from your place and then letting them work from home if they seem to have good work ethic.
Good luck

I also have a recent list of around 100 new webcam models looking for work and more emails are coming in every day from new ones.
If anyone is interested in them, please feel free to hit me up.

I am not giving them away for free though. :-)

I would avoid streamate if you plan to run a virtual studio as they seem to like to stick their nose where it doesn't belong and basicly tell the girls they don't need you, plus that new flash streaming thing they want models to use now is a pain in the ass. Naked.com did nothing but give me the run around about getting models signed up so I can't say I would recommend them either. Imlive.com seems to work well for new girls as does camcontacts. None of my models have had much luck with livejasmin either as it has way too many freeloaders. That said american girls with a good attitude should do fairly well on any decent camsite in the sea of foreign girls.
