Scrubbing at it's best

Test signups with same Mastercard everywhere:

Those three sponsors using the same processor for the European users (localbillinglimited)

JUGGCASH:

WILDCASH

And.. Strange enough, same processor but for some reason my card starts to be valid with the SAME PROCESSOR ?

REALITYCASH

Any sponsors care to explain why they don't want to take paying customers? It's not tubes fucking with us, it's processors and banks..

Also epoch doesn't want to accept cards. Actually it doesn't even want to accept my country

But for some reason, the same card and my country is ok for SBW billing (nastydollars)

Simple, not all programs have the same amount of scrub on their accounts. Same processor can have different scrub for each client. There are varying factors for why one might have a different scrub than another.

its no surprise that countries like lithuania have troubles. I'd like to see someone from the states try and see how it differs.

Well that could be a reason, but seems like they turned more hardcore scubing in last months. Also if there will be no testers who could do the same signups from north america, i'l be in Ottawa in 2010 so i'l try it from there, lol :D

That would be something to contact Epoch about. Most processors update their scrub lists fairly often and not many outside of the processors themselves have a current list. Contact one of the guys at epoch.

one time for a test we took off all scrub.. it was nothing there to scrub you out and bank declines still hit hard.
we're in a credit crunch. plain and simple.

Maybe the banks are being more cautious, preventing chargebacks by not even allowing certain cardholders to successfully interact with certain processor or IPSP accounts unless it is a "sure bet".

Would be nice to hear some real info from a processor or IPSP. This thread seems rather speculative.

Once, I wanted to sign-up to hushpass.com from Poland with visa debit and my transaction was declined as well. Well, it looks like some programs don't want money. Paradox?

I'd bet programs like Juggcash decline cards, then offer a secondary processor or another option that doesn't pay affiliates, or a much lower % of affiliates too.

It seems like if there's a way to be screwing with affiliates nowadays, they're on it like flies to shit.

I hope that's not the case, but it wouldn't surprise me..

Unless you're staying there and have a card with a billing address there it would probably be even more likely to be declined. GeoIP that doesn't match billing country = red flag

hopefully i will stay there for at least few years, so yeah i will have a credit card with local billing address there. If processors will still decline the transactions.. Well i guess it's really stupid politics when you won't take customers money..

Less paying customers + the same amount of cheaters = higher % of fraud -> more scrubbing required
