Where do you live now and how old are you?

It is still possible to get your passports before you leave, I got mine in about a week.

I dont think you need your passport for Aruba (might want to double check) but you can do a cruise to there for a few days, nice room, airfare, hotel, etc. will probably run you about $4k or so.

Now that you know location and age anymore suggestions? Thanks

I don't think you need a passport for the US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico

I've been to Hawaii, 5K won't last you long, it is expensive there unless u plan to stay there for a week or less.

Vegas would be nice if you never been there.
