- "I'll refund / wire back to you the $2,000 immediately for not doing your work. "
- "I'll talk to the guy that paid me $5,000 a year ago and didn't do any of his work yet, and work out a deal with him"

I'm not exactly sure if the current address(es)I have for him are valid anymore. He recently was talking about and had stated he was in the middle of moving, etc..

He and others have claimed he's in Spain, and other threads on the internet he's mentioned Romania.

If he'd give me his address or a lawyer's address would make it a lot easier.

Otherwise, yes, I am putting things together to sue him.

And he may not admit he was wrong, but he might smarten up, find $2k and wire me beginning of this week.

Yeah, the "I moved to a foreign country" bit it is done a lot by scammers who think they can get people to forget about a scam because they think they're out of reach. I'd imagine the old address is probably still good. It's usually a precursor to the scamming catching up to them. Don't be surprised if another few threads pop up about the person in the coming weeks/months. It's almost down to a science around here.

And as Nicky said, stick to the one main thread. Multiple threads confuse and annoy people. Just bump the other one with updates.

I've already had a number of people contact me. The guy who paid $5,000 USD to pr0 and had no work done. And some very interesting messages and unexpected people sending me their support.

I recall pr0 posting screenshots making $2k+ daily, how hard would it be for him to pay $2k and avoid all the bullshit drama?

But if we switch it, pr0 has stated Nysus is all bullshit, so if pr0 would pay back ( Lets say Nysus is telling the truth now ) that would make pr0 "look guilty" and prob ruin some rep.

However, its hard to say who's right and who's wrong in this case, but right now the evidence/logs points to Nysus favor as all pr0 has said is that Nysus is a nutcase etc etc.

I could show people the sites I was having developed to see how developed they aren't.

pr0 has even stated by his own admission the work wasn't done.

I understand you're trying to protect someone's reputation, who promotes you in his signature as an affiliate and/or someone who makes you money, has financial gain for you, etc.. But probably would have been better to not post - even if you have a vested interest in someone's reputation.

AJ - If he's a standup guy as you say - maybe he just doesn't have the money readily available and you could loan it to him? I could just send you my wire info directly. The threads would probably go away then and this drama you're so bored of would go away.

Would make me happy. I'd have money again to pay someone else to help me get the network up faster - and even potentially start making you money as an affiliate. Then win win win for all. Well, less of a loss for me.

Also, I don't imagine you condone this sort of behaviour - but maybe just trying to show your support for him in some form so he can see your public support? I guess it's smart if he's making you money. But that seems to come into question when he seems so hard-fast against returning a day's worth of earnings from verified screenshots from LoadedCash?

I'm friends with one of your employees and have been for years now. Someone I've hung out with many times who we share good mutual friends too. They'd attest to the kind of person I am. I respect everyone, I am very kind, and always try to be a good person. And I am patient. Usually too patient for my own good - but I'm learning to not let bullshit go on forever, but I wasn't going to accept just half of my money back.

I didn't do anything to deserve this. I just wanted my money back once it became obvious work wasn't going to be done, and certainly not how it was expected to be done / supposed.

I wasn't harassing him. I wasn't sending him 100s of messages. His employee fucked him over. I wasn't happy with barely any work being done. He was angry and had a short fuse. He used his reputation as collateral as well if he fucked me over - and he did, then I could post, and I am posting. I tried my hardest and I took a lot of harassment from him, and gave him ample time to remedy things (a whole month+) with lacklustre on his part (don't think I've ever used that word before..).


And sure, he CAN act like a stand-up guy. He certainly sold me on believing he could perform - but he didn't perform. He finally insinuated he wasn't even going to do the full work (and be late) AND then also threatened me that if I "bothered" him again about things that he'd not do the work, and not give me a refund. He also called me a nutjob again as his last message before going offline. That is when I sent him a text message saying I was contemplating asking for a full refund (again) because I wasn't going to take the harassment / namecalling any longer. He came online and spouted basically all of the same exaggerated, namecalling, excuses he did in his response thread including that he wasn't going to do the work, and not refund me.

Regardless, pr0 has admitted the work wasn't done. Won't refund me. Is he on a high-horse? Does he not have money? Just acting like an upset child who didn't get his way?

He tried to control the situation with namecalling, threatening of not refunding money, etc.. He failed. I'm stronger than that. I'm going to standup to that behaviour.

I'd like to say that is sucks when there is a contract and someone does not compile with the required terms of the contract.

Now, if you are doing business without a contract, you have to be more careful. I mean people can do anything they want in a situation like that.

I really do think it's best to make a promissary note of some kind when giving out loans.

1) a lawsuit over this is a waste of time
2) you don't need to physically have someones address to sue them
a) a process server is paid to track people down
b) if they cant, an ad in a public newspaper in their state will do.

Luckily I'll be suing based on principle, not based on time.

This is true. I fought a legal battle on principal once. At the time I strongly felt it was worth it but years later I know it would have been best just to let it go. I didn't do it for the money, and what I was awarded wasn't even worth my own time let alone what I spent on the lawyer. I would have saved myself over $2k easy
