Any alternative to moniker/namecheap?

Is there a domain register which is cheap like moniker, but doesn't have so much errors?I just noticed how all domains on moniker where i have privacy have details revealed. Is not like i care much about privacy but if i pay for service then i expect to have that service, because otherwise this is plain theft.

What does Moniker have to do with Namecheap? You mention them in the title but not in the actual thread.

Fabulous can be cheaper if you qualify for a lower priced tier. Free privacy as well.

What do you mean moniker reveals your identity even if you have privacy?

dynadot!!! Best registrar ever. Trust me, I used to run tinyurl type of site and amount of abouse I got was unbelivable. Dynadot always took this with full understanding and that's for only $9 a year!

It means, when i go to whois of each domain which should have privacy,it show my info like there is no privacy applied on it.AaronM already posted about this but i though that is one time situation, looks like i was wrong.

That remind me,it should also have non instant domain drop when it expire.Good thing on moniker when domain expire it still works one month after.Maybe i should move those domains which require privacy out of moniker and leave rest there.Especially considering i using privacy only for seo purposes, and having such domains on another register could help seo too.

Weird, I've never had that happen to me. I register most of my domains with domain privacy. I'll need to check that out.

Hey KlenTelaris

If you're paying for privacy, your names are private. Please email me directly at [email protected] with the specifics and I'll have it checked out immediately.

At a guess I would say nothing. I think he just wants an alternative to Moniker and doesn't want to use Namecheap.

Forgot to mention it how namecheap sucks too because they also have various weird errors like moniker, plus they have higher prices, and they are enom resseler, and their user interface doesn't suits me.I mentioned them since namecheap is register which is mostly used by adult webmasters and that would be first suggestion if i would said just alternative to moniker.

Stay with namecheap.

If you are legal and don't do anything illegal and blackhat go with Godaddy. However their control panel sucks. But they are good if you are legal. If you have a single ilegal pixel or try to spam people, you will have problems and then come here to say that godaddy sucks, but that's not exactly true if you can read their TOS.

Anyway,i sended support ticket about this and i got retarded answer-how privacy is expired on domains, and i told them how on those two domains privacy didn't expired yet info was showing and even posted the affected domain but no response. So i submitted ticked again and after a day privacy finally start to show.
Now i don't know should i move or not, since i really don't have will to do unscheduled work.

I was just going to ask you what happened with this.

So you are saying that the domain hadn't expired but Moniker say the privacy had? But you say the privacy hadn't expired?

Two domains which had non expired privacy had info revealed.I guess support person quickly looked to my account, saw expired privacy on some domains(which i let to expire since it was small traffic sites)and automatically conclude how that is problem, while it wasn't.And after opening another ticket with telling exactly which domains are problematic, after one day now is ok.
