First off, a user can still see other forums and still get to GFY.com and be logged in. Their banned status blocks them from seeing certain forums and denies them the ability to post.

Second, Sleazy chose to call someone a scammer and not posting proof.

This banning ends at the end of May, at that time he will be unbanned with two strikes against him.
