Nothing exists in a vacuum. Many of us work alone and need an outlet to express thoughts and work through possible scenarios during the course of life.

Two very different scenarios there. Discussing those (again, a simple example up there) does not propel them into non-issue status. I do not understand the perspective of your statement.

That is it exactly... posting is a great way to blow off some steam during the workday and posting about things that may seem trivial on the face are a fabtastic way to take a little mental break IMHO
