Those numbers are changing quickly and dramatically. Acceptance of MJ has skyrocketed and will continue to do so as the older generations die out. The younger generations have no such delusions that mj is as harmful as coke or heroin. Most of the younger generations anyway.

Obviously Morphine is a different class of substance altogether and has completely different effects. It's also manufactured by humans. Marijuana is a plant. Those plants must be processed to create those drugs. Marijuana needs no processing. That was my point.

But hey... I'm not for the banning of anything that grows naturally, so yeah, poppies should be perfectly legal as well. If criminalizing the processing of poppies into Heroin needs to be illegal, then that's a fight the junkies can take up. I'm not interested in junk.
