Discuss what's fucking going on, and which programs are best and worst. One-time "program" announcements from "established" webmasters are allowed. |

Welcome to the SAFE FREE Internet.. Ha!
Malwarebytes + Ad Aware + Comodo Firewall = Somewhat safe. Unplug that PC from the internet = Really Safe. |

It appears that the anti-malware utility is using heuristics to determine whether or not a program is dangerous. In this case it has not been determined to definitely be malware however it has been identified as suspicious. A portion of the code set off the anti-malware utilities alarms and triggered the alert.
To get more information you would need to post the actual code contained within the file. I recommend you quarantine the file in question then install additional scanners such as malwarebytes and run a full scan with them. Make sure you are using the latest versions of Firefox and other programs as well and that your settings are reasonably secure (perhaps use NoScript to help). If this is not a false-positive it is likely a website which attempted to make use of an old Firefox or other exploit. If you do not see additional infections more than likely it was unsuccessful and got no further than appearing in your file cache. |
