I went cold turkey before. Popped an Advil or two when I would get a headache. The worst was over in 3 to 4 days. Was feeling better than ever 2-3 weeks later. I am going to do this again soon... I need a bit of a cleanse.

I'm pretty much caffeine free, drink coffee maybe once per week tops...

used to live off energy drinks.. 4-5 of those big ones.. various kinds.. then decided to jus stop and havent had one since april 6th
 never been a coffee fan.. now its diet lipton green tea, its just a bitch to find most stores dont carry it or they do randomly, my assistant has to goto like 3-4 different places to find it

I myself dont drink energy drinks or pure caffeine in tablets.. But i love coffee.. 1-2 cups a day...

I quit drinking caffeine awhile ago... though I switched to caffeine free diet coke rather than dropping coke, honestly if I could figure out something else that goes with 'everything' I would drink that instead, but I have yet to find said drink.
