I have been promoting InternetModeling.com for 2 months but conversions suck. I am recruiting only models using both offline and online methods.
I don't know their recruitment methodology and can't control anything about the steps from first application of the model.
Their sites are quite good, sites like cam4 and Livecam among the others.
But conversions still suck.

Could you give some advices?

Just cut out internetmodeling and go with streamate over on moneytree

I have fully outsourced the 2 methods (online and offline). About 110 applications, only 15 accepted and working.
Till now I have done the money to pay the guys who work for me.
