Yes, use lots of lube and try different positions. Over time she'll get used to

Actually, I just went and check a bunch of different sites and the more "reputable" ones are saying that the average unaroused length is 6 to 7.5 cm (2.5 to 3 in) and when arroused it's around 4 in.(10 cm). It can get much longer as well but it just depends on her arousal level etc. Most of the sites say that it should be able to take any size given enough arousal.
