![]() I called sknanb today regarding my vv acount number. I explained to the lady on the phone that the epass site shut down before I copy and save the number. She asked me for info like name and address. I didn't even give her the correct address because I put random info in there when I signed up. She then asked me the amount I had in my account ($probably only asked because I gave her the wrong address.)
After she gave me the card number and expiration date I asked her if I could get the security number behind the card aswel, she said that they don't currently have that info and are working on finding a way to get it. She said call back in a couple of days if I want it. You don't need it to purchase at most places online so it isn't to much of a big deal imo as its a virtual card. Very helpful customer service, took a couple of mins with no hassle. If you don't have your card number saved give them a call. She said I put my address as 21 Strawberry lane lol. Give me rep...

The bank actually seems reputable. Quite a bit more classy than the the way Epassporte handled things. Too bad the bank didn't also control the wallet funds.

I just used my VV with godaddy today for a few renewals and I am pretty sure they didn't require a code either.

Most places I've purchased from so far doesn't require the cvv2 code. Maybe I just got lucky.
I was told by the Sknanb customer support that they are finding a way to get the cvv2 number so just keep calling. They have been pretty reliable so far so I have faith that they will get us our security numbers.
