Chargebacks example:

1538 Total Sales Last week.
12 Total Refunds Last week.
8 Total CB last week.
======================
1538-12=1526
8/1526=0.005%

is that correct?

Chargeback ratios are calculated on the dollar amount, not the number. If half of your sales were $1 trials, but all the chargebacks were for full memberships, you could be over the 1%.

That's strange, I thought it was {# of cb's/ number of total transactions = CB ratio}
