All these CCBILL denial emails hurts in my eyes (picture)
Sales are jumping up and down these days like a rollercoaster.. and I really hate seeing all these lovely potential customers being denied from wanking off to all my stuff

Do you cascade them to Epoch? It often helps and affiliates still get credit.

same thing here, ccbill sales come in waves. its fucked up

I can't believe how many people use CCbill with no backup processor
CCBill has been known for years for their "waves" where they go in decline a lot and then scrub hardly anything cycles Some people think it's because they're limited some way or another or ten other explanations No site should NOT have backup processors in place |
|
I have been wanting to cascade to Epoch for quite some time but it's not possible as I am a canadian company. Is there any other secondary processors people would recommend that offer their service to canadians?
|
So Epoch works with US and EU webmasters but not Canadians? Odd...
|
Holy crap!
|
Keep in mind that if the surfer goes blind they won't be buying again, so this is long term thinking!

CCBILL is seriously working in mysterious ways :)
I just had 7 hours with not a single sale.. this hasnt happened in like 3 years.. then I make a test signup to make sure things are working.. and guess what.. 9 minutes after a real sale pops in... I've seen this behaviour 100 times before, soo freaking odd. That being said.. I have made 100s of test signups before.. and had friends make them from all over the world, and they ALWAYS come through, they never get denied ever. Just being sad here, move along.. sales sucks today and I shouldn't be checking stats at all |

I also see several declines from the same person before they get it right or go away. CCBILL can NOT control the issue of Insufficient Funds. , or make the customer enter the right information.. Transaction Denied by Bank Please check to ensure you entered your bank's routing number correctly. I dont know what this one is, but I get this one a ton! Card Declined at Pre-Auth SC.. Card Expired. Transaction Denied by Bank. You Have Submitted Too Many Times Recently. You currently have a subscription and are unable to signup. Invalid Credit Card Provided. |
that would be lots of sales for addon if all pass in

You make a lot of fucking cash then. Wonder how the sale's are looking.
|
How many of those denials are from the same customer trying over and over again?

These denials are less then 5% of total sales and many of them are the same person trying multiple times. About 20% of these denials ended up getting approved. June/July is yearly summer slowdown and the 3 day 4th of July weekend is here so it will typically stay slow for little while now. Has anyone tried a holiday related promo to boost sales? I have :winkwink: http://www.sleepingmen.com/Promo/Ty.jpg |

At http://www.zombaio.com we process for Canadians and do not have a setup fee. |
Another ridiculous thread filled with useless comments by people who should know better.
CCBill (or any processor) is not the one responsible for selling subscriptions to your own website. YOU ARE. If your sales drop off, you easily have 10 different things you should be checking before automatically blaming the billing processor. Before starting a stupid thread like this that does nothing but piss off the people at CCBill WHO WORK FOR YOU, why don't you run your own credit card on your own site and see what happens instead? If your card is good, CCBill will charge it. If your card is max'ed out, late, or a credit risk, CCBill will refuse it. If your card is good but CCBill refuses it, CALL YOUR REP at CCBill and ask them what is wrong. They are always standing by to take your calls or didn't you know that? Did it even occur to you that the declines might be there for your own protection? Seriously people many of you have been at this game long enough to know better. There are always peaks and valleys in sales and any time you think something is wrong, you talk to the people you work with to figure out a solution. Shit threads like this only keep the costs of processing high. And you wonder why they charge 14.5%. |

Sure some of them are valid denials, but when your sales come in waves it's like someone turns the light green and the transactions get processed. I wandered if this was CC themselves, but surely it was their processors. Any reason why people do see those very real "waves" of approvals? Always wanted to know. |

You are receiving this email to let you know that xxxxxxxxxx attempted to subscribe to account xxxxxxxxxxx and was declined due to Transaction Declined. On a side note I brewed a cup of my own coffee this morning and did not have to wait for an APPROVAL to drink my cup of coffee. |

Just because they were denied initially, doesn't mean they're a lost sale. :2 cents::2 cents: |
