ElevatedX - How long does it take to get a reply from them??
 

i am trying to get a hold of someone from elevatedx, but no one has replied.
just wondering how long it takes to get a reply.
I even sent an icq but nothing.
Anyone from there??

Last time I needed to get in touch with them they were very quick in getting back to me. Be patient, people sometimes step away from the keyboard.

fujiko - How are you trying to contact us? I don't have any emails or ICQs from you. We also have an 800 number so getting ahold of me should be easy :)

If ever anyone doesn't get a response within 24 hours chances are I didn't receive the message.

I had many problems with them.

They've been very prompt and nothing but helpful for us.

Usually tickets are answered within 24-36 hours, sometimes much sooner. AJ is very easy to get hold of on ICQ.

AJ is always great on response :)

I don't recognize your name or your company name as being one of our customers or someone we have worked with.

We take claims like this seriously so if you've had problems I need to figure out who you are and which of our clients this relates to.

Judging by the timestamps in this thread it takes about 1 hour and 31 minutes to get a reply :)

Usally within 2 seconds of posting on GFY.

The people at ElevatedX always reply promptly. AJ is the shit :thumbsup

2x .. EVX is top notch in support and implementation.

I personally think they need 3 more AJs and 3 more Marks. but cloning is a tough science :1orglaugh

We hired someone who knew EVX to help us with all our installs and issues, I'd suggest anyone seriously using them to do the same. Never good to rely on 3rd party support for all issues, even if they are great at supporting you.

Another Elevated X supporter here... and we had all kinds of issues that they helped us with, like importing thousands of galleries and nearly 100,000 photos.
