i am trying to get a hold of someone from elevatedx, but no one has replied.
just wondering how long it takes to get a reply.
I even sent an icq but nothing.
Anyone from there??

Last time I needed to get in touch with them they were very quick in getting back to me. Be patient, people sometimes step away from the keyboard.

Usually tickets are answered within 24-36 hours, sometimes much sooner. AJ is very easy to get hold of on ICQ.

Just to make it clear, here are the steps and methods to get ahold of me:

1) Email [email protected]
2) ICQ 202474015
3) AIM elevatedxinc
4) Phone 1-800-690-9277

If steps 1-4 fail, use method 5:
5) Send carrier pigeon with note attached to leg

Judging by the timestamps in this thread it takes about 1 hour and 31 minutes to get a reply

2x .. EVX is top notch in support and implementation.

I personally think they need 3 more AJs and 3 more Marks. but cloning is a tough science

We hired someone who knew EVX to help us with all our installs and issues, I'd suggest anyone seriously using them to do the same. Never good to rely on 3rd party support for all issues, even if they are great at supporting you.

Another Elevated X supporter here... and we had all kinds of issues that they helped us with, like importing thousands of galleries and nearly 100,000 photos.
