I want to sell my adult website sexodirecta.com

Here is the statistic for the site traffic, all the visitors come from the search engines and over 35% of visitors are from US :

June Unique Visitors : 1,210,691
July Unique Visitors : 820,434
August Unique Visitors : 930,063
September Unique Visitors : 909,191
October Unique Visitors : 100,516
November Unique Visitors : 77,476
December Unique Visitors : 80,437
January Unique Visitors : 70,992
February Unique Visitors : 71,259

Last google panda update penalized the site and that is why the traffic has decreased so drastically since October, and now most of the traffic comes from other search engines like Yahoo, Bing etc.

The price is 3500$ and i belive it's a good price for a site with this traffic and popularity.

In January the site made $489.79 and $481.4 in February, we used a combination of several advertising companies.

I know, is sad, in July 2012 the site has produced over 7000 dollars and now ...

This is google, they destroy business over the day and nobody cares.

I tried all kinds of SEO methods to get rid of this penalty, unfortunately I failed, maybe will succeed the man who will buy the site from me.
