350 Google top ten keywords and 235 keywords in top 3 results.

Over 300,000 registered users.

Revenue is in the region of $1,500 monthly. Revenue has been generated from various sources, including affiliate programs. At the minute revenue is from direct advertisers.

There is also an additional revenue stream which has not been utilised by me, but I can explain that to any interested parties.

Genuine reason for sale of the site.

I am looking for offers of $20,000 or over.
