I want to build customer support 24/7 with a ticket system, live chat, phone?
I was thinking to use this software http://liveperson.com/ or something like that. There are many alike.
Do you know any company which can provide me with outsource operators?
The primary goal is to have 24-7 Intouch agents provide a high quality level of customer service, answering customers frequently asked questions, assisting with tier-one technical assistance.
I need English, Japanese, German, French, Italian, Spanish languages... Actually as many as possible.
I have already made a quick search and everything I have found does not fit the requirements. Some does not support Multilanguage, some does not want to work because of the adult nature of the sites.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi we're currently looking for French operators also, it doesn't really necessary that they are located in France or any other French colonies as long as they know how to write French its ok to us.. pls let me know if you know one..
