Let's say you have several accounts at one site. Is there a way to Prioritize one of the accounts - move it to the top of your autofill menu instead of having to scroll down?

I don't know about that. But, today I found inside the vault settings that you can set which domains to count as a single domain and which should not be. Such as, you blog with one account under blog.site.com but you administer your site under site.com. You can set these- I think subfolders also -as different domains.
