CCBill Affiliate Bonus Percentege setup???

We're trying to set up a webmaster referral bonus program to go along with our existing "Kitten Cash" affiliate program. We use CCBill as a processor.

The problem I've run into is that CCBill's manual explains how to set the bonus percentage that webmasters will get for signing someone else up, but it doesn't give any indication of the referral code they should use with the sign up banners (like they give for the regular affiliate program details).

Does anyone here have experience with this? CCBill rocks but man their manuals could use a bit of help!

Thanks,
Jak

haven't set one up, but as an affiliate for many sites i 've had the following problems with ccbill:

they allow the affilliate to sign up with mutliple affiliations under the same affiliate number. however, a unique number is assigned to correspond with each paysite account - the original number is used only for initial login to check stats at ccbill, and the for the first paysite account. signed up for.

ccbill decided to hardcode a "-0000" postfix to each paysite account number that did not have a subaccount postfix (eg -0002). they neglected to tell any webmasters about this. i'm still not sure if this mattters.

when i called ccbill (they wouldn't do it via e-mail), though i connected to the proper department,i had to speak to 3 people in 3 different depts. before finding someone who knew anything about the affiliate program. this individual's job had no relationship to the information he had.

when i mentioned the problems, broken manual link, and made a suggestion, i'm quite certain these comments were placed in a round file.

though ibill and globill have better visibility i recommend these guys for feature strength: http://www.affiliatetracking.net/
they're what retroraunch uses.

Use a link such as this:
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clic...kittencash.com

Replace the XXXXXX's with the appropriate numbers and that should work. Just check with your rep to be 100% sure. 0000 is simply the sub account number--leave it in the code.

Cassie

Edit: Argh, the board inserted "..." into the link I pasted. So, just right click and Copy the Shortcut to get the code.
