Hotlink abuse !!!

Hi

Lately I get some spamming complaines.
Someone seems to hotlink pictures from my website and use them in advertising spammail.

Is there a way to prevent this kind of hotlink abuse ?

gr. Dutch

I know now this is normally done by editing the htacces on servers running apache.

But... my webpages are running on a win2000 host (without apache).
Is there also a solution for my case ?
