This is very good ratio,it depends on targetting and promotional methods of course.
But for instance out of my 15 sponsors not a single one does better on blog traffic (most of it comes from search engines). 1:1000 is good ratio. Anything less advertised is usually fake. Of course we are speaking about first click uniques ratio, not some useless join for or second page click ratio.
