That reminds the movie "Enemy of the State".
With such new types of drones, the Government could basically keep a record of everything that happens out in the open.
A good thing would be they could go back and identify a car involved in a hit and run, follow someone who has just committed a crime, etc...
On the other hand, big brother would always be watching you!

That was my first thought. I could see these mounted on high altitude balloons over a city. Tracking everything 24/7.

The next phase is chips in us.
