the guy said that everyone there have to sign contract. the girls are there just for the party, the main purpose is not to fuck, but they have to sign the contract in case they will get horny and want to fuck the actors

I'm no lawyer, but I doubt that would be an issue. They're all old enough to drink, it's a private party, and they have all signed waivers.

In fact she was there drinking in middle of people having sex. However partyhardcore guys did not knew or noticed this was the daughter of the president, untill all the buzz in the press this week, and at that point they removed the videos of that one party day from the site (404 error page not found). The production date could be years ago and if the producer is not native Czech, it is possible they did not know she was a daughter of a politician back then.
