Do they usually have a hard time going back to civilian life? Getting a reasonable job without the stigma of being a 'whore'?

dunno. i don't think the stigma of being a pornstar these days is that scandalous unless u wind up in some high profile job and somebody digs up your past. a girl like Kaitlyn Ashley might have been able to blend into the community wherever she is quite anonymously. if she is teaching school now and it was revealed she had been a pornstar I don't think they could fire her.

All too true. Even beyond modelling, program administrators, designers, site owners.. the stigma follows everyone. It's all too often that my parents ask if I've applied for any "real jobs" yet, even though I'm approaching their salaries.
