OK, so lets break this down.

We know for a fact that condoms do not protect us from HPV and Herpes. Besides HIV and Hep C, those are the only two other STDs you can't get rid of, so it narrows it down to just HIV and Hep C because I don't fear anything I can get rid of. I have a Hep B vaccination.

Yes it does and im sure there are lots of stats to back that up, although common sense would normally be enough.
