DWB I think it should be other way around... They should ask if they can add cross sells to my Revshare program and of course CREDIT me for those sales too.

Stupid anyway, but at least you get paid for everything you should have been paid for.

Sponsors should never put up cross sales on revshare links if they don't intend to share the revenue in the first place. Basta!

That is a fair way to look at it from an affiliates POV. Though if programs had to start asking for permission to do things, that would turn into a nightmare.

The day that email went out I would have mailed them (if there was a problem) and see if they could work something out for me. If not, I'd do what I had to do. If they would, I would rock on.

I can't disagree with that.

That is why we already bumped all affiliates from 50 -> 60%

Henrique 02-28-2009 04:41 PM

We always cross sold on our join forms and credited affiliates but the revenue represented less than 5% of our sales, paying now 60% you are earning way more than before at 50% ... We not taking anything from our affiliates, we giving higher payouts!

I'm curious how many posters in this entire thread even send sales to you? And out of those who do, are the ones who are running from board to board posting about all of this even sending more than 2 or 3 sales a month?

That's how it usually plays out with webmasters. The ones who create the most noise send the least amount of sales, if any at all. :2 cents:

Yes, I'm late, but it's better to find it later than never :)

I can do nothing but remove all their FHGs from my sites :(
